I had many red sores with green discharge, but I treated them with acyclovir and they all went away. However, I still have a bad odor and yellowish discharge (I always had a lot of discharge). Does this mean I am still contagious? Can I transmit it to someone?

Genital herpes does not cause discharge.You are probably experiencing another type of infection, such as bacterial vaginosis. However, unfortunately, we do not need to have active lesions to transmit herpes.
